When talking about sun protection, we often overlook an important body part: our EYES!
The eyes might be one of the senses we take most for granted and depend on heavily. Yet we put them at risk simply by going out into the sunlight. Cataracts and eyelid cancers are just two of the many things that will damage the eyes when exposed to too much sunlight and its damaging rays. Other important factors are the added wrinkles and damage to the skin around the eyes. Squinting adds wrinkles around the eyes and adds furrows between the brows.
